Terms of Service
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Invoicend at invoicend.com (the “Service”). Invoicend (“we”, “us”) is a product of Scalasprint Solutions, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001, India, which operates the Service. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service does
Invoicend helps you create, send and track invoices, quotations and estimates, keep lists of clients and items, and draft invoices with AI. Some features need a paid plan; the features and limits of each plan are shown on our pricing page when paid plans are available.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email address secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract, and you may use the Service on behalf of a business only if you are authorised to do so.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Your invoices and tax
- You are responsible for the content of the documents you create, including names, amounts, tax registration numbers, tax rates, HSN/SAC codes and place of supply.
- The Service performs calculations from the information and tax rates you enter or choose. We do not give tax, legal or accounting advice, and we do not guarantee that a document meets the requirements of any tax authority. Check with your accountant or tax adviser when in doubt.
- Unless and until we say otherwise for a specific feature, the Service does not file returns, register e-invoices (IRN) or generate e-way bills with any government portal.
4. AI drafting
AI-drafted invoices are suggestions. They can contain mistakes, especially when reading handwriting or photos. Always review a draft before saving or sending it. Text and images you submit for drafting are sent to our AI provider to produce the draft (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Payments to you
Invoices can show your UPI ID, bank details or a payment link from a provider you choose. Money your clients pay goes directly to you through those channels; Invoicend does not receive, hold or transfer it and is not a party to the transaction between you and your client. Disputes about goods, services or payments are between you and your client.
6. Paid plans
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay and may exclude applicable taxes such as GST.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
- Features offered free during a launch or trial period may become paid features later. We will tell you by email before that happens.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- create fake, misleading or fraudulent invoices, or impersonate another business;
- send spam or messages to people who have not dealt with you;
- break the law, including tax law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- try to access other users’ data, overload the Service, or get around usage limits.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. Your data
You own the data you put into the Service. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of important documents; you can download them as PDF or CSV.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Invoicend is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by errors in documents you create, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.
